I am an elite clan leader on modern warfare 3 and need some advise, please help?

ok so i am an elite clan leader on call of duty modern warfare 3 and me and my clan compete in challenges but we know that we complete a challenge but its not over, like its not expired yet, will we get the xp when it expires??

    Yea as soon as its over you'll get a bronze metal silver medal or a gold medal depending on how good you did in the event
