My hair sticks up at the back and refuses to stay in any direction?
So I have this area of hair at the back of my hair does not stay down and goes no directions.
For weeks i've just been using gel to make it stay down but now it's just annoying.
I've tryed thinning the layers of the hair and that still won't work.
If I shave off the roots of that i'll have a bald spot or if I trim it short near my scalp it'll make it stick up.
I'm a guy and my bangs go to the left.
What should I do?

Try after washing your hair, blow dry it in the direction you want then when it's completely dry, put some hairspray on it to keep it in place.
If you don't have a blow dryer, try just constantly combing that hair piece in the direction you want and continue doing it until your hair air drys. It's a bit tedious... but it worked for me.
