I am unable to view a power point presentation?
Within the last week, I have received three e-mails with a power point presentation. Each time that I click on the attachment, it does open up, but for whatever else it may be worth, my computer freezes up and I am unable to proceed through the presentation as I was able to do in the past. At this point, I need to hold down the ctrl, alt and del keys and terminate the program. What is causing this? Is it possible that somehow my power point program has been corrupted? If so, how do I fix it and remedy this situation?

No either the power point is too large to open on the email because u only have a certian space on it. Or you didn't click download or you have too many things open or there's nothing I can do to help u in this situation
