Scared Im gonna get brown stains on teeth?!? Please reply?

So, basically, I've had my braces on for around 2 and a half years. Ok, maybe I didn't take care of my teeth as good as I could have. Sometimes, I didn't brush at night and brushed for only around a minute but most of the time I've brushed alright. I also drank fizzy drinks sometimes but quite rarely. I also began using mouthwash about 1 year into my treatment. I don't floss at all because i'm so lazy. Sometimes i chew gum but this is not very often an occurrence. I'm getting them off in about 4 weeks. I have heard of people getting white stains but I'm not really worried about that because I've heard that the orthodontist get rid of those for you when they take off the braces. So, on a scale of 1-10, how likely am i to get BROWN stains on my teeth? Please, I'm really worried.

Hiya, I had my braces on for two year, eat sweets, drank pop, smoked and my teeth aren't stained at all.. When they take them off they give your teeth a really good clean.. Also just make sure you take care of your teeth and brush morning and night once your brace is off an I'f you maintain them they will be lovely and white! You could always try whitening strips but check with someone before you use them a parent or dentist!

    scale of 1-10 is 10!

if they don't go brown with what your are doing to them, it is more than likely your teeth will also go yellow, full of holes and require a lot of dentist work for fillings which cost a fortune.

you should brush your teeth at least twice a day for 2 minutes and after meals.

mouthwash is pointless cos all you do is wash all that toothpaste away.

floss regularly as it cleans your gums where your toothbrush doesn't get too.

Stay away from fizzy drinks they are the devil or if you cant stop that, drink fizzy drinks through a straw so it doesnt go all over your teeth when you have a drink.

you will not only gain a hollywood smile but teeth you will be proud of.

to boot to various remarkable concerns pronounced above, i could decide to characteristic that it might desire to be mineral content textile on your water grant. Iron is very undesirable at staining tooth or some sediment (or something) now and returned stains the tooth of persons who stay exceedingly on the element of a lake. i realize it sounds strange, yet once you spot it on 12-15 people who stay in homes close to the comparable lake, you start to attain that it somewhat is a development. if your water is the source of your staining, you will would desire to have it analyzed and then have the appropriate filter out put in.
