After having a baby period question for moms?
This is way tmi BUT I didn't kno who to ask. My baby is 4.5 months and I just got my period again and it isn't heavy just a normal flow so I've been wearing regular size tampons. Well it honestly feels like my tampons fall out of me. Like their not snug in place anymore. Has anyone else experienced this? Or know what is going on where I just feel like I'm so lose it falls out....thanks!!

i had a similar thing where i felt like i could always feel the tampon there whereas before i had my babies i didn't at all. try using a bigger size? or just wear pads that what i did.

Maybe try using super absorbent ones or maybe even pads?
I don't know but I had a c section and I can't wear tampons they feel so uncomfy! Try doing more kegals aswell x
