meu hd samsung 2terabytes não formata o que fazer?
é um samsung G 3 station com 2 terabytes ou seja 2000 mil gigas...tentei de todo jeito gerenciador de disco do windows boot do xp..quando ele formata sem ser no modo rapido demora 4 horas e no final sai a mensagem que o windows não conseguiu formatar. o que fazer ? o que aparece no hd é que tem um arquvo raw e nunca vi falar nesse arquivo aguardo por ajuda.

não vai da pra formatar porque o hd tem arquivos que não podem ser apagados..são protegidos..e ocultos..você tem que mostrar esses arquivos e depois deleta-los usando o unlocker...
