no reason why you shouldn't ask her out. also be the cool older guy she dated when she was 19 not the creepy older guy who couldn't deal with it when she broke it off....you are really much older than her for staying together in the long run, but for the short term she might like you very much!

At those ages it's perfectly okay. If we were talking something like 30 and 14 that would be creepy, but you're both adults and can make your own decisions.

It depends if you can sence that she likes you. If you dont think she does, it could only lead to embarassment.
