Deep conditioning hair?

My hair has been colored several times and I went to the beauty school and they said I need to deep condition my hair because it's so unhealthy. What is a good deep conditioner? I'm new to all this hair product stuff. I used to just go buy shampoo and conditioner and that was it and then I started doing research and saw all these products I didn't even know existed or thought I needed.

I also started taking vitamins about a month ago to help

Try aussie three minute miracle, and deep conditioning is basically a conditioner that goes beyond the hair cuticle to make hair smoother, softer and moisturized so it'll be much healthier.

The argan oil hair mask from the brand Pro Naturals is pretty awesome. It's a big tub and you use it once or twice a week. Probably twice for your hair if it's that damaged. Or get anything from that hair care line, all of their stuff is made for dry, damaged hair. It all helps.

Put eggs in your hair Ik it sounds weird and gross but you hair is made of protein and what is an egg protein just stir together some eggs and put them on your hair and if you don't wanna do that you can use cholesterol but make sure you get all of our of your hair because that will make your hair look greasy

I'm in love with Burt's Bees Hair Repair (Shea and Grapefruit). It smells amazing, leaves your hair oh-so-soft, and is at a great price point (under $10).

    Good Luck!

I like Sebastian penitriat it's a little pricey but any normal store there are VO5 hot oil treatments I use one every two weeks but since your hair is damaged you could use it every week or every few days.

Also if you wash you hair every few days, that's tough on your hair, I suggest washing every three days if you can. You want to not dry your hair out!
