Why don't we introduce Tatkal System to dispose off the long pending cases in India ?

Every one would appreciate that "Justice Delayed is Justice Denied". For everything there is a limit and it is going far beyond the limit to dispose off the court cases in India. For no reason, the case is dragged for years together. Taking anti advantage, even the defaulters involve and making a mess. The ultimate sufferers are the genuine and law abiding people. Law should be firm, stringent and unbiased. Unwanted / Unwarranted excuses (Like not feeling well / fever / heart disease, etc and infact these people would be very healthy and doing the routine business or even may be on an excursion) in delaying the court proceedings should be dealt with iron hand. The defaulters should be punished and fined heavily.

Why don't we introduce 'Tatkal' in India in the Legal Field and bring in the drastic changes ?

May GOD Bless

Law is equal for all citizens. Hence no priorities before law.

Further Fast track courts are introduced to expedite some cases for fast disposal.

DRT's are introduced to dispose off the banks cases where the amount involved is rs.10 lacs.

Family courts established to dispose off family related cases.

Economic offences/CBI courts/ etc etc introduced for speedy disposal of cases.

But the main reason for the delay is :

    1. For all these courts lawyers are the same.

    2. Lawyers lobbying to adjourn cases if the date is not suits/or busy in other court.

3.. So many judiciary posts are vacant/not filled.

    4. The judges has to take all the precautions before pronouncing a judgment

    5. There are so many other constraints which delays legal process in India..

279 and 338 situations are basically for rash and negligent driving inflicting grevious injuries. via fact the reimbursement case is already desperate and the complainant withdrew the costs it is going to no longer take long. discover out from District legal help Commitee and notice if a settlement may well be reached by Lok-Adalat.
