Rapes have become very common now-a-days. Who are all the people responsible and who all should be made responsible ? We need to contain the rapes or else the image on the countries would be spoiled.

Reservation is a very bad idea. The idea is to uplift the downtrodden. So, it should be financial status based and not the caste based. This very bad idea is only responsible for the various chaos. Right from the Schools the reservation begins, then in the employment this continues. The worst thing is that the reservation exists in the promotion as well. What a rubbish idea ???

If the reservation continues like this, the number 100 would not be sufficient in the days to come. The people of India are very sure about this.

The reservation should be abolished and so that no chaos between the religions and within the religions.

However, to ensure the upliftment of the downtrodden, the poor should be given a helping hand with the reservation. This should be restricted only to the educational institutes. This reservation should not be extended to the job / promotion. The idea of reservation should be abolished in the jobs.

It is seen that it takes decades together to dispose off the cases in India. Interestingly either the petitioner or the respondent dies during the proceedings of the case. It is happening in many of the cases. Keeping in view, the political parties should come forward and declare that the cases would be disposed off at the earliest. To ensure that the time should be fixed for each and every type of the case. Like for the divorce, it should not take more than one year. For the murder, it should not take more than six months. For rape, it should not take more than three months. For land grabbing, it should not take more than a month. Like these, a time should be fixed and if the cases are not disposed off, the Judges should be made responsible and in turn they would ensure that there is no absence, as far as the petitioners / respondents / witnesses are concerned. Infact every one would be afraid of committing mistake considering the strict adherence to the timelines in disposing off the cases. The offenders / defaulters should be punished sternly and no mercy is to be extended.

Every one in India knows that the disposal of the cases would take longer time. That is the reason, rapes, divorces, land encroachments, burglary, theft, pick pocketing, cyber crime and in short almost all the crimes are on the rise. Most of the times, the law abiding persons are only put into trouble a lot and it makes them to lose their hearts. An innocent man is troubled either by a rowdy or a person with political influence. Until unless the adequate staff are deployed and strict laws are not in place, India cannot progress like the way it is being portrayed.

If some rape has occurred in the Non-Congress ruled states, the Cong would have made hue and cry. New Delhi used to be one of the best and safest places in India. But now.......... The following SMS which I have recently received would tell how much we are concerned :

Is it due to the threat to leading companies or the Govt's highhandedness ? Inventions to replace Fridge, Herbal Petrol, Two wheelers which use other than Petrol / Diesel or any other invention which is at an affordable price at the same time without violating the norms.

How to overcome this and the Industrialists prove themselves ? We need a policy change / liberalisation and otherwise we would continue to land up with foreign items especially the ones from China. The Mobile Phones are the real examples. Now-a-days, I happen to see the Cycle Pumps (Air Pumps) mainly used for the cycles. If this trend continues, we need to forget 'Be Indian and Buy Indian'.

May be for more than a month, if the system is on Hibernate mode, what could be the bad effects ? I mean to ask will it have the same effect as that of the Shut Down or not ?

Every one would appreciate that "Justice Delayed is Justice Denied". For everything there is a limit and it is going far beyond the limit to dispose off the court cases in India. For no reason, the case is dragged for years together. Taking anti advantage, even the defaulters involve and making a mess. The ultimate sufferers are the genuine and law abiding people. Law should be firm, stringent and unbiased. Unwanted / Unwarranted excuses (Like not feeling well / fever / heart disease, etc and infact these people would be very healthy and doing the routine business or even may be on an excursion) in delaying the court proceedings should be dealt with iron hand. The defaulters should be punished and fined heavily.

Why don't we introduce 'Tatkal' in India in the Legal Field and bring in the drastic changes ?
