How can we control rape in India and else where in the World ?
Rapes have become very common now-a-days. Who are all the people responsible and who all should be made responsible ? We need to contain the rapes or else the image on the countries would be spoiled.

During the time of kings the punishment for the crimes were too hard to dare again to do n was example for pthers also. But today the bigwigs r also involved in rapes becoz they know that law can't go against them. So need of the time is to make laws more tough to tackle such people. In my opinion the male prgan of the rapist should be cut off.

Even if govt deploy one policeman in every home then also rapes will occur. It is not an administration issue. It is an issue with social and Human behavior. Govt cannot control testosterone levels of every man to a low level. What govt can do is legalize prostitution so that sex is made easily available and whoever is needed sex can go to a sex worker and fulfill his /her desires and govt can do a higher tax system for it and can get more money from the trade.
Earlier days marriage age was below 20 and people get sex at that early age and rape cases were low. Now because of stress and cost of living is more people are not marrying at early age and fulfilling the desires through rape.

By providing proper education to everyone. Most of the rapists are uneducated. In Mandirs, Masjids as well as in Churches and Gurudwars , all the dharmgurus should deliver lectures against this heinous act CAUSE PEOPLE SCARE GOD.

Block **** videos, atleast which includes children in them.... Sex education in school... harsher prison sentence for rapists without bail and visitors...... Social stigma of the girls who are raped are the important reasons why some rape cases are not get reported, so we should encouraging them to be brave to report this to police..

What we sow today we reap tomorrow. Take Care and bring up your children decently. Teach them to keep away from evils Give them Sanskar. A well cultured boy will never become a rapist.

option 1. Legalize rape, then there is no crime.
make men wear a chasity belt so they can't get out to commit the crime.
