Can I cook this with mash potatoes?

I have a whole bag of potatoes and I have had this horrible cravings to eat em. SOO I dont have any meat..I have cauliflower, corn, peas can I put this in my mash potatoes? Would it taste good since im mixing the mash with sour cream and and cheese?

    Try making a veggie Shepard pie...just mashed potatoes some cheese and veggies very delicious!

    That's how you become a good cook, you give things a try. I wouldn't recommend doing this when you have company coming for dinner but have fun with it.

    if thats what you want to eat then eat it. you don't have to ask on yahoo answers if it is ok
