If you love her enough to do that to her then you should most likely get married, the money is better anyways.. However, don't be retarded use protection, and you should be good. With that being said, the pullout method isn't protection, and if a condom breaks then stop get another one, no excuses... Geesh, to return to the original question no you won't be kicked out of the DEP, but you will have to sign away parental rights for the duration of your first term of enlistment due to a DOD wide policy. Which all that states is you can't fight for custody. You can still get visitation and all, but at your expense and the military does not provide you with any financial help until ole jr or daughter is born... Back to my original statement if you love her, put a ring on it, and her medical and everything else will be squared away the day you arrive to BMT all she'd have to do is go to a reserves station or guard station of any branch (or an active component if close enough) and they'll also provide you with BAH to pay for her housing, but suggestion if she currently lives with family, tell her don't move until you get to a duty station where she can accompany you and save that money for the baby... If two test came out negative, i'm most likely wasting my time by writing this, you most likely aren't pregnant, with that being said, good luck, and i hope the military is all you expect it to be and more... And as far as the possibility of a baby, good luck, its not easy.. Just to address some answers from above, getting married will not delay your departure, hell my recruiter tried to get me and my wife to get married a couple days before i left, and we almost did, but decided to wait... And if you are married they will provide you the oppertunity to see her give birth, if not then they won't... If you do get married i suggest missing it, have it taped or something, mostly because the Navy has your first few months of training timed out already, and it complicates things to have to reschedual and if your job doesn't have classes starting at close intervals then you'll have to get a new job at the needs of the Navy, and you don't want that i'm certain.. Additionally Childbirth isn't that great lol.. Again Good Luck..

My grand daughter just went through the same thing. Her BF was shipping to Navy basic training and she came up pregnant. Not a big deal. They DIDN'T get married...he shipped...the baby comes next month...he'll be home in a couple of weeks and they'll get married. At that point she is able to get ID card for herself. When the baby comes, she will get one too, along with all benefits. If the baby comes before he gets home, they marry...by grand daughter still gets an ID card and so will the baby...(after the marriage). He 'may' still need to do a DNA test, but his name will be on the birth cert and everything will be fine.
(As an aside, I'm going out to New Mexico to see my great-grand-daughter and be there for the wedding as well)
If you do it that way, there's no issue. If you marry before shipping, then it may well delay everything for you since your paperwork is written up based on you being single.

If she is worried about it then get a test done by the Doctor to make sure (blood if necessary).
The child is not "yours" until it is born and a DNA/Paternity test is done at an approved lab if you are not married. If you get married then it will require more paperwork to be filled out and can delay you leaving. You signed up as single with no dependents and now would be married with 1 dependent.

No, they will not kick you out if your girlfriend is pregnant. You would still be able to go. Don't worry and be happy if she is pregnant.
