What could be causing this?
I can watch movies on Netflix without any trouble. However when I try to watch a news video the computer freezes for several seconds then starts again. I run IE, Win7, SP1, HP, Windows Home Premium. Thanks.

Do all your windows updates, make sure your flash is up to date. Try using Firefox or Chrome.
Get rid of your browser tool bars, Yahoo toolbar etc. Make sure you do not have more than one anti-virus program.
