Wisdom tooth socket has slight pain..?

I had my wisdom teeth (all 4) removed a week ago yesterday. Surgery went extremely well, I even had no swelling. I only took two of the prescribed pain meds. All was well until I began irrigating the bottom two holes to keep them clean. My right side doesn't bother me at all, but the left has been hurting a bit today. I don't believe it's dry socket, I can see the clot on both sides. Is it normal to have this pain?
