So, what you really need to do is spend some more time with her. Eat lunch with her, talk to her before or after school and etc... You want her to know that you like her with out using words. Have a party and invite her. Chat with her almost all the time. Gifts aren't the way into a girls heart unless it meaningful. For example, when she was a child did she not ever get something that she really wanted? Not like a pony or a dog, but like a doll. It's not like she will ever use it, it's the thought that counts. Don't buy her chocolates or flowers. If a guy ever gave me those things I wouldn't realize that he really cared for me. And don't forget, just be yourself!
