My girlfriend broke up with me via email on valentines day what should I do to get my mind off it?

Get on the phone and call three friends you have not been in touch with for a while and catch up on old times. Make a plan to get together with them either one at a time or all at once. Go have pizza or go bowling. Also don't just sit around doing nothing. Go to a movie or read a good book,take a few classes in things you have an interest in. There you are going to meet new people and you can never have enough friends.

Maybe leave off from how you were living before you got together with her. Are there any friends you've been ignoring for a while because you were busy spending time with her? Try to reconnect with them. Are you a gamer? Now you can play games without her getting jealous. Are there any movies out that you've been wanting to watch? Watch it with your real friends and not that chick no one cares about anymore. If you're upset and need to blow off steam, play some sports or go to the gym or jog around the neighborhood (least when the weather's not horrible). Go out and buy food for HALF THE PRICE now that you only need to pay for yourself and not that parasite you used to call a "girlfriend". Enjoy yourself and be your own man.. Well, until you find someone else, but this time, make sure she's not a shallow loser who's too much of a coward to break up with you in person and instead emails you so she doesn't have to see your reaction. For now, though, enjoy being single and don't waste it on wanting to be with someone who doesn't deserve to be with you anyway.

Who uses email nowadays anyway? At least send you an IM or text or even an eCard! >:/
