Could you help with an (easy) algebraic question?

So I had to factorise the area of a rectangle ( x^2 - 25 ) which is = ( x - 5) ( x + 5)

So if I found that, how do I find the possible width and length of the rectangle using the factors?

    Area = (x + 5)(x - 5)

    Area = x^2 - 25

    x^2 =Area + 25

    x = ± √(Area + 25)

    length = x + 5. There are 2 possible values (discard negative value, if exists).

    width = x - 5. Also 2 possible values (disca negative value if exists)
