Electrical Engineering Thesis Topic?

How can I improve the way the solar batteries absorb light from the Sun in order to convert it to electrical energy?

    I think you are a long way from an EE thesis if you refer to solar cells as solar batteries.

    Apart from using mirrors/concentrators, you need to do something different with silicon in order to improve the efficiency of solar cells. See the article below for some ideas. Dopants may also contribute something.
