It depends on the girl (or boy) in my opinion I like blonde hair better but on some people brown looks way better. My favorite is either a dirty blonde or a super dark brown. I have light brown hair and it's just meh, I'd way rather have blonde but I'm not sure I can pull it off, so like I said, depends on the person. Overall though: Blonde.
