What kind of fish is this?

I think it may be some type of loach, but I'm not sure what.

It's a Golden Tiger Loach or Zebra Loach Sinobotia robusta. The scientific name is much more important than the common one here as there are half a dozen Tiger or Zebra loaches in the gerera Botia and Sinobotia which are very similar. Yours the one with very straight, in line loops: the other species have their loops going off at various angles. Both of the other answers are correct if you go by common name, but the common names are ambiguous.
