What system/game is it?
What kind of naming convention do you want to follow? The Greek style names some of them have? The Doc's real name was supposedly Theta Sigma. Or one of the "The whatever" names so many have, like the Doctor or the Master? Any preference? The Doctor's mentor had an Asian name.

If it's a "The" name he'll have to have earned it, or there must be a reason why he is called that. That's not necessary for a sci fi name like Rassilon.
