How about a compromise where Obama is hailed is a big and great negotiator, republicans call it a victory too...nothing is actually done BUT there is a commitment to cut 300 Trillion dollars in spending, beginning 2046.

First, Republicans and Democrats voted for it. O'Bama signed the bill.

Second, the Republican controlled House has passed 2 bills to stop it but the do nothing Democrat Senate won't vote on it!

Third, O'Bama's has said he would veto any bill that stops it!

Since I am saddled with two democrat/socialist/communist/Constitution hating senators (Carl Levin, Debbie Stabenow) and an identical misrepresentative (John Dingell), I'm not surprised.
