Should i tell my family about this?

ok. Earlier in the evening today, i played online games....all of a sudden, my netbook shut its down...when i want to restart it, it says "no bootable device -- press any key"...the strange part is i dont do anything that probably causes the netbook shut its down....

HELP ME!!!! IM PANIC!!!
