Im not signed out of mail,it says i cant send out mail, never have had this to happen before.been on yahoo since 2007 first time, please send this to some one who can fix it ,i have called no help, sent messages no help. Please help me some way..Thank you

What is the matter with my account? I have trouble sending and sometimes receiving mail. I have been on here since 2000 and never had this trouble before. Please fix it.
