Java Installation wizard fails?

I have tried updating my Java to 7 update 15. But every time I try to install it, I get the error message, "The wizard was interrupted before Java 7 update 15 could be completely installed. To complete the installation another time, please run setup again." What do I do? I've uninstalled Java to try to get the new version on there but that didn't work. I have 39.4 GB free on my computer. I didn't install the Ask bar, is that what it is? The only thing I have not done is go to my Control Panel and Programs (x86) and deleted the Java folder.

Update:

I've untistalled everything, but Java 7 update 9 won't uninstall. It keeps poping up something about Java update 7 and it's starting to get me confused.

Go to Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs (if you dont see it type it into the search bar). In here you should remove all versions of Java just to make sure that the uninstalls you did worked fine. Now, download the Java installer again, but make sure you get the right one (i.e. if you are a 32 bit user, get the 32 bit). java.com is where you should get it from. Run the install, if you get the same message, restart the computer and try again.
