What did my Doctor mean when he told me that I am having a psychological problem?

Our family Doctor told me that I am having a psychological problem. But he is not telling me what is the problem. My marriage unfortunately failed within a year and I am divorced now. My Doctor is advising me that I must never get married again. I am taking a tablet Oleanz 7.5 mg daily. If I don't take this tablet daily at night then whenever I feel nervous my hand shakes uncontrollably. I feel that this is a minor problem. My beloved wife herself told me that my problem is a minor one and that her deafness is a great problem. My Doctor has told me that I must inform the new girl whom I am going to marry about the tablet that I am taking daily. I feel that my Doctor has given me the green signal for marriage. I am 41 years old now. I want to marry to overcome my loneliness. I want to share my joys and my sorrows with my beloved wife. This is the reason I want to marry. I am confused. Please advise me.

You better start Yoga routines under the guidance of an expert. This will relieve you of physical+ mental problems, your confidence will also be back. Only then you drcide of your next course of action.

He means that there isn't anything physically wrong with you, and the reason why he's not telling you what the psychological problem is, is because he doesn't don't. He's an MD, not a PhD. You will need a psychologist to tell you what the problem is, not a General Physician.
