The actor has retired he no longer wanted to be on the show the actor Ron Moss last year had a car accident with his real wife and from there on he decided it was time to start thinking about him and his wife so there on B&B supposed to bring in some new actor to play his part god knows when

In the show they are pretending that Ridge broke up with Brooke because Brooke had lied to him one more time and he had it with her ,so he is now In Paris he neverc ame home when his mother was dying not even for the funeral

The actor Chose to leave the show a several months ago

He's doing fine, he has other projects that he does and he did or still has a online talk show they he hosted. Also he has his own band.

I don't think he will be back, but it would be a shocker if he did because they would have to pay him more to come back.

a letter from his wife, states, if you recall the odd scarfs he wore on occasion? he was having some cancer spots removed from his neck, that's why he wore those to cover up the bandages. he also has to go through surgery, maybe chemo & radiation, he's too weak to work. he may return, but highly doubts it... he wants to spend his time with his family...
