A healthy dinner time is 5:00- 6:30pm. This way your body has time to digest your food before you go to sleep. To avoid snacking eat high protein/fiber foods. These will help you stay "fuller" longer! Hope this helps! If so, Help me out by choosing best answer?

If we eat at dinner time it will be 12 noon time. We eat tea at 5 pm unless it's Tuesday and then we eat at 6:30 due to ballet lesson.
To stop me from snacking, I have a large glass of water followed by a cup of hot chocolate with a couple of marshmallows in the top.
That always work for me.
