Any suggestions for a week holiday.?

To keep the ipad safe and with a stand?

One of my colleagues is very lazy and is dumping work on me, whilst spending most of the day on his phone making personal calls and messing about on football websites.

The boss is very hands off with him so never asks him about his workload but is giving me loads of work to do.

Any advice would be appreciated - I have been in the team for 10 weeks and don't want to be someone else's work so they can mess around.

The assistant in the team is very lazy and does not want to do any of the admin as it is beneath him.

As a result, the admin either does not get done or the rest of the team have to do it.

It is the assistant's responsibility.

Any suggestions?

I've noticed that a lot of people just change the subject, rather than admit a mistake and I am the only one who admits mistakes.

In my experience, people do not help colleagues (apart from me) and I just want to see if anyone else has seen this.

The volume on Skype does not work properly, so I can hear the other person but they cannot hear me.

The other person has checked the sound from their end.
