What to say at interviews regarding bullying?

I left my previous job because my manager was bullying me so what should I say to interviews about why I left my last job?

Thanks

"I didn't agree with the management philosophy - it was a command and control environment, gone entirely out of control. I'm looking for an organization more interested in developing their people than belittling them."

You should not specify usually why you left your previous job, it looks like you are a gossiper, never a good thing. Instead say that you are and your previous manager had disagreements and that you felt that it was in your best interest to leave the company.

Don't mention it. Just say you are looking for a different line of work something you can progress in. They might think you could be a troublemaker.

Don't say that. That is something very common. You should not say it. It may give the impression you are not tough enough to do your job.
