I usually have weetabix which has been soaking in the fridge all night so it's really cold and lovely and it has a gorgeous texture

If I am being healthy, I have museli or a large fruit salad. If i'm not in the mood to be healthy, I have about 4-5 slices of buttered toast. Museli is fcking gross, but I eat it because it's healthy. Avoid porridge, its full of sugar and fat (most people don't know that). Only have porridge if you are using organic rolled oats with hot water, not the instant sachets.

    Breakfast banana split

1 honeydew or cantaloupe melon, halved and seeded

½ cup fresh pineapple or kiwi chunks

    ½ cup blueberries

    ¼ cup lemon yogurt

    2 bananas

    2 tablespoons honey (optional)

1 cup granola or other crispy cereal

With a lemon baller or ice cream scoop, make melon rounds. Set the balls on a baking sheet and place the sheet in the freezer.

In a small mixing bowl, toss the blueberries and pineapple. Fold in the yogurt.

Cut the bananas in half, crosswise. Cut each of these halves in half again, lengthwise. (Alternatively, slice the banana into circles and place in the cup as shown in the accompanying photograph.) Place 2 banana slices in the bottom of a cereal bowl. Top the bananas with the melon balls.

Add the pineapple mixture to each bowl. If using honey, drizzle it over the whole. Sprinkle each bowl with cereal.

I have a couple of soft boiled eggs on toast most days of the week.

It is pretty healthy, contains a lot of protein to keep you going until lunch.

The extra bonus is if I put the eggs on before i jump into the shower it ensures I don't spend too long in the shower if I want to get out and catch the eggs before they turn hard boiled!

I tend not to eat cereals due to various reports regarding the high salt levels in some brands. I therefore have grapefruit and mandarin (mixed) segments with fruit juice and natural yoghurt poured over. Very tasty! I finish with wholemeal toasted bread, low fat spread and marmalade, fresh ground coffee or, loose tea to drink. Never do I use tea bags!

  • I dont eat breakfast much as I'm not a breakfast person! But if I do eat breakfast then it would be coco pops or toast!

Maybe Cheese and tomato toastie or Crumpets and butter

  • A Grilled Cheese Sandwich with Bacon.

Umm. Try having bread and butter but sprinkle some sugar on the butter when it's applied onto the bread. Or you can have a boiled egg with toast and milk. Few dry fruits like almonds.
