When to lower my sons crib mattress?

My son is 6, almost 7 months old. Just starring to sit up unsupported, but only for a couple seconds. He can't pool himself up our stand yet. My main question is when do I lower his mattress? It has 3 settings and I still have it on the highest.

Update:

Pull* not pool and or* not our. Stupid phone

Don't listen to that person about sleeping with them in a bed. That's stupid. Well my daughter is almost one and I just lowered her crib for the first time. But your crib may be higher than mine. You be the judge, if you think it's too high, just lower it, better to be safe.

  • I never did. I just switched my kids over to a toddler or junior bed once they showed that they could climb out of it.

I treated it as a bed with rails that was designed to stop my child falling out while they slept, it was very rare that any of my kids were actually awake in the cot without my being in the room.

sure, decrease it as quickly as achieveable. With few warning symptoms, my six-month previous son pulled himself as much as the authentic of the rail in his crib, and we decreased the mattress quickly thereafter. I looked over at him, questioning he became laying down enjoying, and he became status there, looking back at me, proud as may well be! Milestones ensue speedier than we expect of!
