Does changing the audio of a blocked youtube video using the audio editor unblocks it?

Only if the audio is not copyrighted (audio swap) and also the video must not be copyrighted.

Hi: Yea i received equal issues , with all 3 browsers IE,Firefox ,and Chrome, obviously a youtube trouble. Been web browsing for options for 24 hrs. By the way your information about the pop-outs is exceptional thanks so much for posting that!!!!!! I am within the core of inserting a worm report to youtube about this situation and that i can even point out about the pop-up window working.
