Does not boot up and getting "CPU Over Temperature Error!"?

I am getting "CPU Over Temperature Error!

Press F1 to Run SETUP

I have taken the cover off the computer and the CPU fan is working. What might be the problem?

The problem is the fan is not cooling it enough.

Do you have a heat sink? If not, get one.

Let it cool off for a while, and then try again. If you run the pc with an overheating cpu, you'll kill the cpu.

Overheating. Check your processor cooling fan and clean the heatsink. Add cooling fans (inflow at the side and outflow at the the back) if possible. Good luck.
