which coaches will be feeling pressure to keep jobs this year?

Pretty much each and every year there is one, or more coach that is essentially on the edge and one bad year can push them over and out of a job, who would it be this year (for example last year 2012 was Ratten, 2011 was woosha. with 2 extremely different results

Update:

also they tried to add this to the American football section, as much as I love the irony of that I don't give a rats about their opinions =)

Yep, I agree with LEO, Mr Hardwick has been at Tigerland since 2010, winning 6 games, then 8 games and last year 10 and a draw, so he has gotten improved results every year, but this year he needs to win at least 13 you would think to make the finals, if he doesn't he could be in trouble, everyone knows we lost a stack of close games last year but that tells me he was out coached over and over, the same thing shouldn't happen repeatedly.

It will be touch and go if the Tigers make it, but this is our best chance for a long time.

Same goes with Vossy, he could come under pressure if his team fails to improve a bit from last year.

I'll run with the simple answer..... 18 teams but only 8 make the finals.... so that puts 10 coaches who will be under pressure from game results. Which ones ? Well I'm calling 2013 as the Year of Surprises

with the probability of 4 recent top 8 teams surprisingly not making it this year and 4 surprise improvers into the 8. That will put the cat among the pigeons in many boardrooms at the end of 2013 !!

You'd reckon Hirdy has Bomber Thompson spilling coke down his neck and will need to deliver something with all this crap that's gone on.

Mick Malthouse will feel pressure if he doesn't start with a dozen wins because so much is expected of him and Blues fans and club are historically hysterical.

Ross Lyon had better deliver more than one finals win. Clarkson should be under pressure if he can't deliver a premiership. I'd reckon there are expectations on both Voss and McKenna as well - if there's no finals between them we could see pressure.

Woosha is out of contract this season but reckon his job is safe at this stage. but the one coach who will be feeling it more than most will be Guy McKenna. if the Suns don't make marginal improvement this season. his job could well be in jeopardy. i say this because his team will be measured by the success of GWS. who seem to be more advanced at the moment.

    cheers.

I'd say Michael Voss would be feeling hell alot of pressure. If the Lions don't make finals again, he'l be in serious **** i tell ya.

Same goes for Richmond coach Damien Hardwick.
