So many things can cause this condition. So we are off to the races:
Update your antivirus and run a full scan with from Safe Mode (Windows.).
Run Malwarebytes - Full Scan.
Remove every browser toolbar you absolutely don't need.
Make sure you are using the latest version of your Browser.
Run Windows Update until it gives you no more critical updates.
Run an application (like CCleaner) to cleanup the junk/temp files on your drive.
Update Java, Acrobat, Flash and every other application on your system.
There are many more things you could do, like get a new computer but at a certain point, it's just over kill.
