Why are people so sure that Bale is guaranteed to leave Tottenham?
I'm not saying he is going to stay, i know for a fact he won't leave this summer but with all the talk i'm yet to see any reason of stubstance why he'd want to leave...
Why are people so sure he will leave the club? there's only 10 clubs in the world that bring in more income than us and we don't even have champions league football, we're 3rd at the moment.. i know there's a long way to go before the season is up but we're challenging... also this is AVB first season in charge of us with a team he's been given, so once he reshaps us what's stopping us from challenging for the title? Just because City and chelsea have spent a billion between them doesn't guaranteed anything.. as we have seen this season.
We are building a new stadium, which bale has often spoke about himself.... making me think he wants to play in it once it's built, also this will enable us to pay more wages for either our star players or new stars coming in. I'm just saying if we are the team we are today on a budget then imagine what we will become

Because people hate it that he is at Spurs, and due to Spurs lack of dominance in the league they can stand by their assumptions that he will leave.
If he had a brain he would stay long term as IMO football will start to change in the next few seasons.
Teams like Lyon, A.M, Arsenal and Spurs still play a predominate role in their leagues despite not being backed by billions. This is the shape of football to come, and seeing as we have a very good board and manager he should think "this could, and most probably be, a good thing" or else he will walk the same line as Hazard : at a club that has an uncertain and unstable future with a revolving door management system.

if we're being realistic the spurs don't have a title chance for at least a couple of seasons (if any at all) and it's hard being a great player, knowing there are clubs in better position to compete for the top awards which want you thus giving you the opportunity to win. i'm not saying spurs are a bad club, but if he does leave it will probably be for the same reason that RVP left arsenal
i'd love to see him in real madrid :D

He may not leave, if he is loyal. Atleast spurs have become a top team without a billionare splashing the cash. However you guys have a very difficult run to the end and if you don't take top 4 he could leave

because there are many great clubs want him , and he too wants to move to a big team in order to win the titles
