I need helping finding ideas for my character?

I am writing a script and there is a mean cousin that plays in it? I need something that would make her seem super evil and mean. Plz nothing like she stabs someone or shoots somebody? Something normal plz

    Make the character someone who suffers from Kleptomania (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kleptomania) for the solemnly purpose to destroy the items she gathers from the victims only to admit/confesses to the destruction of property.

    Things that are of sentimental value would really work towards her being evil.
