Question for people who have glasses!?

im partly far sighted, and recently when im reading without glasses on, i get really sleepy and my eyes get lazy, but when i read with my glasses on, im up and ready....strange, anyone know why or have you experienced this yourself? thanks!

Update:

i have no options but to wear them, ever since i started college i found myself struggling to see what the professor is writing on the blackboard or on the projector.

    No glasses = eyestrain

    Glasses on = corrected vision

Wear your glasses! If you have issues seeing the board or screen in class, try sitting In different places to see where you can focus best. If you have been assigned your current seat, talk to the professor. You can get accommodations now to help you.

When you have your glasses off, your eyes strain themselves to see better. That may be why you were sleepy and lazy?

Yea, I have this feeling sometimes when I'm in school.

I feel more focused with my glasses on.
