    Hi, The best way is to check with your doctor to make sure every thing is OK, 22 weeks is too early to feel the movement so you have to wait for some more weeks. Congrats.

    You are probably mistaking them for gas movement...if you have felt what feels like gas movement then your probably feeling your little one actually so Congrats! If not do t worry, it took me until about that time to actually figure out what I was feeling and to first.ally actually FEEL it.
