Chocolate is also not safe for dogs. It can kill a dog. Tell her that. Show her that on the internet. Print it out and put in under the door. You could report her for animal cruelty.
How bad is her allergy? Life threatening? If not, leave her to it. If you are upset because it is your chocolate, buy a box with a lock and keep your chocolate in it.
If it is life threatening and you are not an adult, call a parent or another adult and let them handle it or call 911.
If it is life threatening you are an adult, you can either break in her room or call 911.
