No, in fact you're a bit underweight. The perfect average weight for someone who's 14 and 5'8 is 135 pounds on a range from 120 pounds to 160, depending on how old you are. 140 pounds and up is about 16 yrs old and older, and 120-139 is for younger teens, such as 14 yrs old. But the average for your age would be about 120-130. So you're a bit underweight, but not terribly. No worries :)

I have eaten healthy and done parkour and free ran all my life, and I am only 17, I weigh 137 pounds exactly and I am the same height as you (5'8). You are not fat, but if you think so because your stomach may not be flat, it's most likely because of the foods and dietary schedule you have. I don't eat breakfast very often and sometimes skip lunch, depending on how hungry I am. I always eat a good healthy dinner though; but no, you are NOT fat. If anything you should probably eat better, but I don't know what you look like so I don't have the right to judge. Stay positive....

At the height of 5'8, even if you were a skinny frame you should be around 126 - 139 lbs for average female.
So, as far as the average say, you're not fat.

Your body mass index is a tool that can be used to calculate your current situation. It is only an indicator, so it isn't 100% reliable. If you calculate your body mass index it gives you about 17.5. Lower then 18.5 you are considered underweight. So no, you aren't fat.

What you are is old enough to know the difference between opinion and medical facts.
The fact is that at 5 feet 8 inches and 115 pounds, a 14 year old girl is in the 23rd percentile for weight (of girls her age and height).
But we also know something else now; that there are six possibilities:
1. You do not live near or go to school with girls your own age (or close to it) or
2. You live in a culture in which the burqa is almost universal or
3. You are blind or
4. Your medical condition means are unable to communicate with your female peers or
5. You have a serious mental problem
6. See below
-=-
Most likely is #5. But you be the judge.
-=-=
6. Many girls your age are flabby even if they are as skinny as you are. That is not about weight, that is about exercise and being active. Perhaps you confuse being flabby and having no muscle tone with being fat.
-=-==-=
Your weight is great for your age. Now whether you are in good physical fitness is another question entirely. There are several tests you can do to determine your fitness. Some involve strength, some endurance, and some involve time trials, and some involve (a little) flexibility. None of them directly address the question of appearance.
But if you are fit, then you will look better (although most models are not particularly fit).
=-=-=-=-
Most important for life-long health is flexibility and endurance. You can not compete with boys, or rather you can not continue to compete with males, in the realm of upper body strength. Do not judge yourself on what 15 year old boys can do. And, despite that its the "in" thing to do, getting ripped is foolish for most girls, it is not healthy. You should run, walk, swim, and do yoga. You should do sit ups, push ups, squats, and some pull ups (but again, upper body strength is not going to be something that you will excel at). You should concentrate on excersizing your body and NOT use weights. Building muscle mass is not wise. It leads, eventually, to more fat and more weight. (Not that most 14 year olds will believe that). A person who can run 3 miles in 18 minutes is far more fit than someone who can bench press 300 pounds.

You are certainly not fat or over weight.
If you eat healthy and exercise you will weigh what you should weigh.
