what are some authentic vietnamese meats i can put on my bahn mi?

all i know about is char soi or pprk saisage but i want something else but still authentic

    I think there is carrots, daikon, onions, cilantro and sweet pork, try Lees sandwiches, they have good Bahn mi thit nuong

    Cha Lua-you can get this from an Asian market. It's made from pork.
