So I know for a fact that it's an e-40 song and some of the lyrics go (or sound like)

(I cant understand the very next line so here is the 3rd one) "Money under the mattress money drug abuse loot, dirty finger nails mail, booger sugar coop (I don't know if he says coop or something else)

"On the H and R block on my soil, H and R mean hubbar rock pots boil"

"Run up and get popped like a boil, fried like a fish, plucked like a turkey"
