How will adding corn starch to bread recipe turn out?

Here's the ingredients, I was wondering how adding 1/4 cup of corn starch would affect the rising of the dough? And how would it impact the density of the bread and flavor? Thank you Baking pros!

1 1/4 Cup Tapioca Flour

1/4 Cup corn starch

1 1/4 Cup White Rice Flour

3 Teaspoon Xanthan Gum

2 Tablespoon Baking Powder

3 Tsp Yeast

2 Teaspoon Salt

¼ Cup Oil (or melted butter)

½ Cup Plain Yogurt

¼ Cup Milk

¼ Cup warm Water

3 Egg egg whites

    Very scary looking gluten free bread recipe there. Looks like the bastard child of a brioche and sponge cake. Adding corn starch will make the recipe heavier/more dense. I would just get a new recipe! lol
