North Korea can only ht the outskirts of the USA. One or two nuclear strikes by NOrth Korea would result in a grid pattern attack by the US covering the entire North korean area and part of the south korea and china just for good measure.

Pointless, any country that uses nuclear weapons will receive world wide condemnation and be exempt from all alliances except in extreme circumstance, this is why the U.S doesnt actually use nukes. if they did N korea, russia and other allied countries would either declare war or call in their debts and have nothing ore to do with the U.S anymore

I already was a soldier and i'm done fighting for this commander in chief. To answer your question, no country with massive stockpiles of nukes (china, russia, Europe) would use nukes on the u.s. A rogue country like N. Korea or Iran would be nuked back to the stone age if they were to use one of their few nukes.
