If a nuclear war involving the USA occurs, would you be willing to become a soldier?

Or is it kind of pointless, at that point?

Update:

Exactly.

I'm sure there will always be foot soldiers though.

But seriously, how am I supposed to be able to protect and support my country if this occurs?

You just can't.

It's pointless.

Update 2:

I'm not talking about North Korea.

I'm talking about in general.

And I'm sure that they will be used eventually.

Stop with the denial.

Tsk tsk.

Update 3:

What is it with people in politics never saying yes or no?

I didn't ask whether you thought it would or would not happen.

Thank you to those who at some point answered.

Hey why does this question generate anti Obma replies? People claim he is is Muslim( not sure what that has to do with North Korea), Socialist (Why would that prevent him from responding to or preventing a north korean attack) or african (WTF?). North Korea can only ht the outskirts of the USA. One or two nuclear strikes by NOrth Korea would result in a grid pattern attack by the US covering the entire North korean area and part of the south korea and china just for good measure.

Obama found and killed Osama. I think he can deal with North Korea. In any case your lack of loyalty to the commander and Chief indicate you have no faith or commitment to american democracy. "The Union-but only if I agree!"

    Bucnh of wankers.

Pointless, any country that uses nuclear weapons will receive world wide condemnation and be exempt from all alliances except in extreme circumstance, this is why the U.S doesnt actually use nukes. if they did N korea, russia and other allied countries would either declare war or call in their debts and have nothing ore to do with the U.S anymore

I already was a soldier and i'm done fighting for this commander in chief. To answer your question, no country with massive stockpiles of nukes (china, russia, Europe) would use nukes on the u.s. A rogue country like N. Korea or Iran would be nuked back to the stone age if they were to use one of their few nukes.

    Nuclear wars don't require soldiers.

p.s.: Conservatives are spineless cowards who are terrified by the empty threats of impotent nut jobs like Kim Jung Un, Batshit Beck, and Rash Loosebowels.

In a nuclear war, we're all soldiers.

Ever since the a bomb was discovered, countries have threatened each other with them. THE IRAQ war was about his, weapons of MASS destruction, means you can kill 100,000 people with one bomb. But how many times has it been used? I believe only once, in Japan.

    It would be rather pointless.
