Trust. Communication. Compromise. If you can't tell her what is bothering you about her then you have a communication issue. If she's mad at you for jealous issues, you have a trust issue. If she's mad because of something she wants, you have a compromising issue.
I've found that everything really branches out from there. Both of you have to be willing to put aside any ego and work on those things together.

Figure out what makes her feel the way that she does, maybe something in your relationship is bothering her communication is key.
