how much cardio should i do?
I have been doing a high intensity 17 minute cardio workout at night for the past week. Is this enough or to little? And how often should I do this?

too little well.. depends if you are in your 30s or early 40s i can suggest 35-60 minutes a day or 2.5 miles whichever comes first. remember to drink lots of water and i suggest listening to music to distract you good luck :P
