Ok so tommorow I me and my crush are gonna hang out at the park and I'm gonna bring my dog, anyhow I'm REALLY shy and is there anything that will make her laugh that I can do? Like say or do in actions?? Any help is helpful!!

I'm trying to lose stomach fat and I'm wondering if I eat several tablespoons of peanut butter a day will affect progress as long as I'm under my calorie limit. I have a pool party on May 24, and really wanna lose this fat before then.

I will do whatever it takes to lose this little bit of stomach fat by the 24th. What should I eat? How many calories should I eat? How often should I workout? I really wanna lose my pooch before summer.

I'm 13, and have stomach fat I want to get rid of, today I had 3 scoops of whey protein, small can of tuna, and lots of vegetables. I heard protein boost metabolism, am I consuming too much? Is it bad for me? Or is it boosting my metabolism?

On myfitnesspal it says I'm going over my sugar limit. But all my sugars are coming from fruits, nothing else. So is it still bad for me?

Should I workout? And should I eat? It's night and I really don't want to go into starvation mode, if so, what should I eat that's low in carbs, fat, and sugar? (I'm really not hungry)

And I'm 13, I'm afraid I will be starving myself if I don't eat anything else tonight.

I have been doing a high intensity 17 minute cardio workout at night for the past week. Is this enough or to little? And how often should I do this?
